Richard “Rich” Galutia CSP has a passion for helping business owners find and implement the right approaches to regulatory compliance in the areas of employee safety (OSHA), trucking compliance (FMCSA) and animal feed safety (FDA).
In his nearly 30 years of safety and health consulting, Rich has performed audits and training for Fortune 500 companies and has established safety and health programs for small businesses.  His training style enables him to communicate effectively with both senior management and shop floor employees.  The bottom line for companies has been injury reductions and improved compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations.

Rich is a Certified Safety Professional (BCSP), holds a BS Degree in Safety Sciences from IUP and a Master’s of Health Care Administration from Xavier University, and is a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. He has served as Chairman of the American Feed Industry Association’s Safety Committee and as an adviser to the National Feed & Grain Association’s Safety and Environmental Committee. He is an OSHA Authorized Instructor for Construction Ten and Thirty Hour classes

Rich is also a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) through the training curriculum established by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance.
